Calculate my salespeople's conversion rates using spreadsheets (V17)

In this video, we'll look at how to generate a pivot table in Odoo, including an analysis of existing opportunities in my CRM app by salesperson and by status (won, pending or lost). Then I'll show you how to calculate the conversion rate for each of my salespeople by inserting the table into a spreadsheet and including formulas.
