AJ-Air, a company specializing in air treatment, decided to implement Odoo to simplify and optimize its administrative and operational management. In this interview, Jérôme Rueda, the company's founder, shares his experience with the integration of Odoo and the support from Nalios. 

Before the integration of Odoo, AJ-Air operated with a combination of separate software, including Winbooks for accounting and tools like Excel and Word for managing sales and quotes. Jérôme Rueda recalls: 'We noticed time and information losses between our quotes and invoicing. Each piece of data had to be manually copied into different software, which was both time-consuming and error-prone. 

The choice of Odoo was made after a series of tests. In just 20 minutes, Jérôme created a quote template and sent an offer with a professional layout, a task he had been unable to accomplish with his previous solutions. 'In record time, I had done everything I couldn’t do before,' he recalls. Odoo quickly convinced the team with its ease of use and its ability to centralize all processes in one tool. 

The support from Nalios, and more specifically from Christophe, was crucial for the success of this transformation. 'We chose to work with Christophe, a former Odoo consultant, because he had an approach that matched our need for flexibility. He encouraged us to adapt our processes to Odoo, which turned out to be a profitable decision,' explains Jérôme. 

Since the integration, sales, purchases, accounting, inventory, and even the company's vehicles are managed directly in Odoo. 'We can’t even imagine going back to our old method. Everything is centralized and accessible in real time. This greatly simplifies daily management and internal communication,' explains Jérôme. 

Another major advantage for AJ-Air is the traceability of information: 'Thanks to Odoo, every action is recorded and the history is accessible at any time. We know who did what, when, and why." 

The integration of Odoo by Nalios allowed AJ-Air to rethink its internal processes in depth.
